For the quality of our wire goods, we do not fear to ‘play with fire’: to achieve the required resistance to heat, our wire goods have to satisfy the highest requirements when it comes to material and processing quality. Distortion or fracture through changes in temperature as well as corrosion must be excluded.
We guarantee our customers maximum safety and material quality. For this reason, all thermically highly stressed wire goods are made of round or flat wires that can be galvanised or enamelled or of stainless steel.
Highest processing quality is guaranteed by DRAHTZUG STEIN saprofil in France, DRAHTZUG STEIN omim in Italy, and DRAHTZUG STEIN łódz in Poland. In these factories, all items for ‘Cooking & Baking’ are manufactured and coated with Ni/Cr in Europe’s most state-of-the-art galvanising plants. In the course of a mostly automated production process, wires with different diameters are transformed into items that correspond to the individual requirements of our customers. Also in our product range: lateral shelves in different designs – if requested, even with telescopic runners. By carefuly deburring the wire edges, we achieve a high level of quality in the manu-facture of pan supports for gas cookers. The optimum flatness of our pan supports is ensured by the use of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
