Cutting and deburring of wire

In the wire cutting department the wire is directly drawn from the coil, straightened and cut to the required length. The computer-operated facilities enable maximum flexibility at the production of small as well as large production series. The deburring, chamfering or compressing of wire ends is made on high performance machinery in the production of dimensionally stable wire sections or within series production.

Two and three dimensional bending of wire and tube

Bending parts with a complex geometry are made with CNC-controlled 2D and 3D bending machines. In prototype production for small batches with conventional bending machines; in the fully automated high-volume production there are special, into the production line integrated bending machines used. The machine feeding is made either directly from the coil or from a magazine with pre-cut and processed wires.

The realization of complex product geometries in large batch sizes at minimum tolerances is possible because of the fully automated production process with the use of elaborate pressing tools in connection with multiple welding automats. While in high-volume production closed, fully automated production lines and robots are used, semi-automated facilities are assembled for medium and smaller batches; single or prototype productions are made manually.

Depending on the technical requirements, different procedures for surface finishing are used: blasting or barrel finishing, galvanization with NiCr or zinc as well as electro polishing, lacquering in required RAL-colors also by cataphoresis. Plastic powder-coating with polyamide, polyethylene, epoxy, PVC and polyurethane in different colors or transparent as well as PTFE coating.
